Timezone

This article explains how the timezone works in CompliantCloud and how it affects the dates and timestamps in the applications

The timezone is set as part of the initial configuration of CompliantCloud and cannot be changed by each user as it impacts the accuracy and display of data across all apps.

There is one global timezone setting for the entire compliantcloud which determines how times and dates are displayed in every application.

This timezone setting is independent of and unaffected by the timezone setting of the device you use to access the CompliantCloud platform

Instructions

Viewing the current timezone setting

In any application, go to the sidebar
Click on your name and avatar in the bottom left
A menu will open showing the timezone just above the application version
Example: (GMT+0100) Europe/Dublin

For some important properties like the Date & Time Stamp of an RPC hovering over the icon of the property in tables will open a tooltip that also shows the global timezone setting
